Dauby O’Connor & Zaleski, LLC (DOZ) was established in 1987 to provide accounting and auditing, tax, and consulting services to investors, sponsors, owners, developers, and managers of affordable housing communities and related entities. In addition, DOZ frequently works with not-for-profit entities engaged in various community development endeavors. The firm annually provides various accounting and auditing, consulting, and tax services to over 3,100 entities owning and managing affordable housing communities, real estate entities, and other endeavors located throughout the United States, encompassing 46 states. Our clients are faced with tremendous challenges, including the ever changing body of IRS, HUD, RD and State Agency regulations, increased government scrutiny, tighter fiscal policies, and the dynamic landscape of the LIHTC industry.
