I’m the owner and team leader of a telecommunications company. Our company was built on years of experimentation and refinement with dialing software. Unlike generic, repackaged solutions, we address challenges like voicemails, wait times, dead air, and carrier drops.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with DataXpie?

We were looking for a company that could build a website from scratch and collect potential customers through the site and lead management. We also wanted someone who wouldn’t scam us after the service.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

DataXpie developed a website that could easily rank on Google. The team created a custom UI/UX design that was perfect for our business. They also set up lead management tools like HubSpot and LetEmail software for email marketing.

We worked with three teammates from DataXpie.

How did you come to work with DataXpie?

A friend referred DataXpie to me. Their price was low, and they had a very good portfolio of website-building projects. Moreover, they had worked with my friend’s company.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $3,500.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from August 13–27, 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We started getting clients for our business within a week. We got two customers for our BPO business from the website. We also got 200 website traffic per day. We’ve gotten 17 leads, and 13 of them have been converted.

How did DataXpie perform from a project management standpoint?

DataXpie delivered on time. We mainly communicated through WhatsApp. Sometimes, we used Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

DataXpie was very responsive. When I asked for any website content change, they worked like a magician.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I was satisfied and happy to work with them.

I prefer everyone to work with DataXpie.
