    DataDrill works exclusively with life sciences and health data. Our core clients are contract research organizations (CROs), pharmaceutical and biotech companies, and digital health platforms. We do not take on work outside life sciences, which is why we can move fast on clinical, operational, market access, and regulated data problems without a long onboarding curve.

    We deliver across four areas: data engineering and custom software development, DevOps and scalable cloud architecture, rapid product development with validated MVPs, and AI and machine learning applications tailored to clinical and operational data. Typical engagements include clinical data integration, cloud migration and consolidation, sponsor-ready dashboards, and AI assistants for large scientific datasets.

    Most engagements start with a focused 4 to 6 week pilot. We run a discovery workshop to clarify pain points, stakeholders, and success criteria, draft a scoped statement of work, then build a working prototype against real client data. If the pilot earns the next phase, we scale into full production delivery. If it does not, the engagement ends there.

    We design for audit-readiness by default: traceable data flows, environment separation, role-based access, infrastructure as code for reproducibility, monitoring, and documentation aligned with client quality standards. The specific compliance framework is scoped with the client during discovery and baked into every pipeline, integration, and architecture decision from day one.

    Yes. We scale delivery to the organization. Large CROs and pharma teams typically need platform consolidation, post-merger infrastructure work, sponsor-facing dashboards, and enterprise-scale integrations. Smaller biotechs and digital health teams more often need compliant MVPs, CRO oversight tools, and lean data pipelines built fast.
