I’m the product manager of DashWoop, a next-generation video collaboration platform that enables real-time meetings, secure recording, and seamless communication across iOS, Android, and desktop.

We hired DashStack Infotech to build a production-ready cross-platform video collaboration app using Flutter and AWS Chime SDK. Key objectives included instant meeting creation and joining, stable real-time video sessions, a secure recording pipeline with S3 storage, and a scalable serverless backend on AWS Lambda and DynamoDB — all delivered across iOS, Android, and desktop.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

DashStack Infotech has handled the complete Flutter app development across iOS, Android, and desktop. The main deliverables have included AWS Chime SDK video integration, instant meeting creation and joining, a secure recording pipeline using Amazon Connect, Kinesis, and S3, REST API integration via Dio, DynamoDB metadata management, an AWS Lambda serverless backend, and a clean modular codebase built for long-term scalability and future feature additions.Ravi (Founder) has also handled UI/UX design, development, testing, and deployment. He has delivered modern responsive layouts, consistent design patterns, and clean UI components across all platforms. Testing has covered edge cases, network failure recovery, and loading states. The app has been deployed to both Google Play Store and Apple App Store. The work has gone well beyond development — it has been a complete end-to-end delivery.

The platform has launched successfully across iOS, Android, and desktop within the agreed timeline. Meeting join time has been significantly reduced through optimized Flutter architecture and AWS infrastructure. The serverless backend has handled scalable load with minimal infrastructure cost. The secure recording pipeline has been delivered with full access control. The modular codebase has allowed rapid iteration and is ready for future features like chat, analytics, and AI integration.

How did DashStack Infotech perform from a project management standpoint?
