Edge Data Processing & Middleware: Development of AWS Lambda functions that filtered, validated, and transformed raw sensor payloads into structured JSON packages.

Secure API Handoff Integration: Construction of AWS API Gateway endpoints and signed webhooks that streamed cleaned telemetry directly into Techlify’s designated data ingestion endpoints.

Security & Local Access Rules: Implementation of end-to-end encryption via IAM policies, device-specific X.509 certificates, and least-privilege roles so industrial tracking metrics could not be altered in transit.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

At the conclusion of the 18-week engagement and after four weeks of live production traffic the measured outcomes were: Manual cycle counts for the instrumented warehouse zones were reduced by 94%, freeing an average of 14 labor hours per site per week. Inventory data entry errors dropped from 4.7% to 0.3%. Median end-to-end latency from sensor event to confirmed receipt inside Techlify was 4.8 seconds (well under the 8-second target). Pipeline uptime during business hours measured 99.97% across the first 30 days. Zero security findings remained after the final penetration audit; all device certificates and IAM policies passed review.

One minor area for improvement would have been providing a more detailed live knowledge-transfer workshop during the final handover week rather than relying primarily on the written documentation and certificate rotation playbook.

I’m the product manager of DashWoop, a next-generation video collaboration platform that enables real-time meetings, secure recording, and seamless communication across iOS, Android, and desktop.

Key objectives included instant meeting creation and joining, stable real-time video sessions, a secure recording pipeline with S3 storage, and a scalable serverless backend on AWS Lambda and DynamoDB — all delivered across iOS, Android, and desktop.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

DashStack Infotech has handled the complete Flutter app development across iOS, Android, and desktop. The main deliverables have included AWS Chime SDK video integration, instant meeting creation and joining, a secure recording pipeline using Amazon Connect, Kinesis, and S3, REST API integration via Dio, DynamoDB metadata management, an AWS Lambda serverless backend, and a clean modular codebase built for long-term scalability and future feature additions.Ravi (Founder) has also handled UI/UX design, development, testing, and deployment. He has delivered modern responsive layouts, consistent design patterns, and clean UI components across all platforms. Testing has covered edge cases, network failure recovery, and loading states.
