I'm the co-founder of Innovation Theory, a company that helps organizations adopt and operationalize AI, automation, and multi-agent systems by providing strategy, governance, workflow redesign, and hands-on implementation to achieve measurable business outcomes.

What challenge were you trying to address with Dappasol?

We needed help with dApp development and product management.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We created the dApp MVP and hired Dappasol to help us with DevOps and launch assistance. Their team helped us get production-ready, finish off final features, and take ownership of the launch. The main deliverable was to get the MVP production-ready. Dappasol helped with clean and secure deployment of the servers, contract deployment on blockchain, tracking and analytics management, and help with our GTM strategy. After that, we've worked on some more projects like memecoin launch and Telegram game development.

They were referred to me. I chose them over other options because they were a great culture fit and had good value for the cost.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We got a successful launch and collected enough data to show to our investors, which is how we were able to get the next round of funding. We acquired 12,000 users with zero downtime and 50,000+ transactions recorded on the blockchain. We're now working on the next set of features that we'll most probably give to Dappasol to develop again.

How did Dappasol perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their domain knowledge and industry connections were impressive. They worked super fast and delivered quality code, which was appreciated and hard to find in the service industry.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They should hire more people so they can work on our other projects as well.
