I'm the EVP of product and engineering at Inside Real Estate. We provide modern, customizable real estate software solutions for brokerages, agents, and teams, enabling them to drive growth through advanced technology, integrations, and branded platforms.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Danubio to accomplish for Inside Real Estate?

We needed help with multiple projects, including Core Present, a CMA builder for real estate agents; Core Home, a home ownership app that keeps agents top of mind and increases the amount of conversations consumers are having with their agents; Vitals, a subsystem that keeps track of agents' activity with their contacts and surfaces the vital actions the agents should be taking immediately; and Home Search AI, a natural language search that leverages ML and computer vision.

Danubio owns the product end-to-end, including delivery, maintenance, scaling, and security.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've seen a significant increase in conversations per monthly active user and over 100,000 agents adopting the product. Home Search AI and its features, including learning alerts and AI search alerts, have contributed the most to the increase in conversations per monthly active user, which has increased by 300%.

How did Danubio perform from a project management standpoint?

They always deliver on time or ahead of schedule. Our primary form of communication is virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are fast, but they're also thoughtful, deliberate, and honest. They are candid about the need to refactor a legacy system. The most impressive thing is that when they launch a product, it's rock solid, and their products don't need babysitting; they just work. Some of their systems have been running for years with zero issues.
