Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We needed some help migrating a large website build into a headless Wordpress environment. We didn't have the expertise with headless before and sought out a known and trusted company not only to facilitate the work but also offer training to my team of developers. 
This was done in a cost effective way for us, which added value for our client, but also helped us learn a new set of skills which we can how pass on to new clients. They integrated really well with my team, even though we are fully remote, sometimes a bit of a challenge. Really pleased with the outcome, as is our client.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was delivered on time and on budget. Working with other agencies can be risky, but these guys nailed it and stuck to the agreed budget. Actually we were able to deliver the work early, which allowed us to wrap up our SEO migration before we planned and sign off the project ahead of time. We have since been refered another job from that happy client, so it's win-win!

The delegated a dedicated project manager but also the developers were available on slack and on Google Meets.
