D3V’s UX/UI designers built the figma mockups based on the requirements and workflow described by the customer during requirements gathering process D3V designed and built the Keyprog frontend admin tool UI from scratch based on the figma mockups D3V designed and built the backend API’s based on the Mockups and requirements for the frontend application to consume the data.
The devops team was responsible for containerizing the applications (both backend and frontend applications), writing terraform scripts for setting up different environments, provisioning resources (cloud sql/container registry), developing Continuous Integration/ Continuous Deployment pipelines. The migration process was taken care of moving their old database infrastructure to the GCP environment.
D3V analyzed their existing database schema and wrote migration scripts to move their on-prem data to the cloud. All of the projects were managed by certified scrummasters and that allowed us to focus on our internal software development while D3V accelerated our other software initiatives.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Two of the three projects have been accelerated to the point where the internal team at Advantage Software have been able to take over them and continue development. This partnership has really helped us move forward with our product roadmap.
