I’m a manager at MessengerSCS, a logistics company that has partnered with Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart, etc.

What challenge were you trying to address with d3logics?

We needed a website and a custom CRM software for our company.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

d3logics has developed a fast, responsive website for our business that explains what we do. The team has delivered a fully mobile responsive website design, including an About Us page, a Contact Us page, a Services Details page, a CTA integration, and a WhatsApp integration. d3logics has also started working on our CRM and is currently doing maintenance work. The team has delivered an initial phase of the CRM, including employee management, office management, salary management, and entities and expenses management.

We found d3logics through an online search. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, were close to our geographic location, had pricing that fit our budget, and offered good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with d3logics in January 2026, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m happy that d3logics has delivered more than my expectations without increasing the budget. After the CRM implementation, everything is well managed. We now know about our expenses, monthly income, and outcomes. We can easily understand where we’re spending much, how many employees are working, and for how many days through charts.Moreover, employees now come on time, and the accountant fills every detail carefully. We can see our profit increasing every month, and we need fewer people to manage.

How did d3logics perform from a project management standpoint?

Initially, I wasn’t sure about d3logics’ project management. However, once they started the project, they created a timeline and always delivered before the deadline. The team is fast and responsive. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

d3logics is very responsive; even if I ping them at night, they reply within five minutes. That’s what we’ve been searching for a long time.

Are there any areas they could improve?

d3logics is already doing very well. My advice is to maintain the quality.
