Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The scope of work included end-to-end design and development of our brand's Shopify store. D3 Networks was responsible for designing, developing, and deploying a user-friendly online Shopify store, that reflects my brand identity accurately.

The key deliverable were as follow:

1. Planning & Design: We provided D3 Networks with our requirements. From this they were to understand our brand's positioning, product offerings, and target audience. Based on this, they were supposed to provide us with a clean, responsive, and interactive site structure.
2. Shopify Development: D3 Networks was supposed to handle the entire Shopify setup, theme customization, domain integration, and payment gateway integration.
3. Content Integration: D3 Networks was supposed to upload products, images, and prices. They were also supposed to update the website content showcasing our brand details and story.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website was launched within the agreed timeline. The going live experience was easy and smooth. Post launch, the website gained good traffic, high engagement, and low bounce rates.

The products were also nicely visible and the customers praised the website and user friendly design boosting my conversions.

Yes, the project was delivered on time and any concerns or issues I raised was resolved quickly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive part was the dicovery phase. My ideas were heard, and every team member gave their input as if it were not a project but their own company.

I loved the efforts the team put and managed timelines, providing me with a quick and easy resolution of concerns and launching the website earlier than the expected timeline.

Are there any areas for improvement or something D3 Networks could have done differently?

At the moment, my project was delivered on time, my issues were resolved in a timely manner, the team gave me a proper handover of Shopify. However, I would recommend them if they can start a service, where they can provide me with a dedicated developer, who has worked on my project, so that incase of any issues in the future, it is handled by the same team and cause less confusion during development.
