Guided vendor evaluations: side-by-side, evidence-led comparison producing a weighted scorecard and a like-for-like shortlist. Vendor due diligence and commercial benchmarking: capability, coverage, maturity and market position, with pricing checked against what the market actually pays. Negotiation and sourcing support: commercial leverage built on market data, with terms that survive scrutiny. Post-selection governance: vendor relationship management and delivery oversight after the signature, plus technology leadership capability on demand. THE COMMERCIAL MODEL. Your organisation does not pay CYBORIUM and does not receive an invoice from CYBORIUM. If you select a provider or vendor, that organisation pays a capped, success-based fee. All contracts sit directly between you and your chosen provider. CYBORIUM does not resell technology and takes no margin on it. Independence is managed, not asserted. Evaluation logic is anchored to your brief. Conflicts are declared, recorded and treated as decision risk. There is no preferred-provider outcome without evidence.
