I'm the CEO of IT Outsource Ltd., an IT services company. We offer comprehensive design, implementation, integration, and support services, including server platforms, cloud solutions, virtualization, and network management. We help businesses operate efficiently without dedicated IT departments.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Cyberware to accomplish for your IT services business?

We needed a comprehensive security assessment (PENtest) on our web application to discover vulnerabilities, weaknesses, and misconfigurations. The primary goal was to improve our cybersecurity posture and protect ourselves against cyber threats.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Cyberware performed a PENtest using the standard requirements of the OWASP methodology. The main deliverables were a vulnerability matrix, an executive report, and an executive presentation.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We significantly improved our security posture by finding and fixing multiple vulnerabilities. We also improved the stability of our systems and reduced our risk exposure.

How did Cyberware perform from a project management standpoint?

Cyberware's service delivery was transparent, on time, and without any complications. We communicated via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

We were impressed by the high quality and completeness of Cyberware's service in general, but most importantly, by their deliverables.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything for Cyberware to improve.
