What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Cyberk completed the entire MOMO Pad project in just 30 days, which was a huge surprise for our team. MOMO Pad successfully hosted 40+ meme token launches and reached over 90,000 active users. Within the first month, MOMO Pad processed over $35 million in trading volume and achieved a 20% user retention rate.

 I’m the CTO of Mentaiko, a Morph Layer-2 native liquid staking protocol that lets users stake TKO in one click and earn daily rewards.

What challenge were you trying to address with Cyberk?

 We needed help building our liquid staking protocol.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Cyberk built the technical backbone and the front-facing experience of Mentaiko. The team developed the staking smart contracts, reward distribution logic, and m.TKO token mechanics. Cyberk also designed and implemented the UI/UX for our protocol website, ensuring users could stake, track rewards, and interact with DeFi integrations through a smooth, intuitive interface. More specifically, Cyberk built and audited the smart contract architecture for Morph Layer-2. 
The team also developed the reward compounding engine that automatically distributes daily staking yields and tracks on-chain performance. Moreover, Cyberk designed a clean, responsive dashboard where users can stake TKO, monitor rewards, and interact with DeFi integrations seamlessly. 
The team also built the backend and API layer for real-time data updates, transaction tracking, and cross-chain monitoring. Finally, Cyberk delivered an admin and analytics panel for internal dashboards to manage protocol data, rewards, and user analytics.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

 Cyberk’s work led to several measurable outcomes that proved both the technical success and market readiness of Mentaiko’s launch. The team delivered the full MVP in just four weeks, including smart contracts, frontend, and backend. Cyberk achieved 99.9% uptime during beta testing with zero critical bugs reported. Moreover, Cyberk processed over 15,000 staking transactions and distributed 500,000+ m.TKO tokens within the first two weeks. 
The team onboarded three DeFi partners for post-launch integrations and yield strategies. The platform attracted over 2,000 early users within the first 10 days, validating a strong product-market fit. We tracked KPIs such as delivery speed, system uptime, smart contract efficiency, bug resolution time, and frontend performance. Cyberk consistently exceeded these KPIs, demonstrating both technical excellence and exceptional execution speed.

How did Cyberk perform from a project management standpoint?

 Cyberk’s project management was highly organized and efficient. They ran the project with clear sprint planning, weekly updates, and transparent task tracking through Notion and Telegram. Despite adding new features mid-development, their team adapted quickly and maintained momentum. 
Our primary communication channels with Cyberk were Telegram and Google Meet. We used Telegram for daily coordination, quick updates, and technical discussions. We also held weekly Google Meet calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

 What impressed me most about working with Cyberk was how seamlessly they operated — it truly felt like working with an in-house team. They were deeply aligned with our goals, proactive in communication, and fully invested in the product’s success.

Our firm now has the smoothest trading experience ever, with a 70% increase in trading performance and a 50% tightening in slippage.

• User onboarding is smooth with a fluid sign-in experience across wallets, social logins, and email authentication. 
• Role assignments features are accurate, ensuring that leaders, supporters, speculators, and favour posters have access to the appropriate tools and permissions.
• With customized dashboard and precise earnings breakdown, the platform guarantees spot-on revenue tracking, and empowers authors to make well-informed decisions.
• Users who are supporters are able to support their favourite creators easily, with a reliable revenue-sharing system in place. 
• The ranking and analytics tools help supporters compare different leaders based on performance, and withdrawals process without any issue, allowing them to manage contributions effectively.
