How did Cyberk perform from a project management standpoint?

 Cyberk’s project management was highly organized and efficient. They ran the project with clear sprint planning, weekly updates, and transparent task tracking through Notion and Telegram. Despite adding new features mid-development, their team adapted quickly and maintained momentum. 
Our primary communication channels with Cyberk were Telegram and Google Meet. We used Telegram for daily coordination, quick updates, and technical discussions. We also held weekly Google Meet calls.
