Great support from Ben and his team. They are professional, transparent and patient. There's several changes during the project, and they have been continuously provided tech support for us since 2016.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Cyber Fision could have done differently?

More in-person meetings I guess. My company is not very familiar with virtual meetings. Maybe because we are not that up-to-date yet.
