Cyber Bee's scope of work involved the development of integral elements for our client's DeFi platform. This included deploying a unique utility token for transactions within the platform, crafting a secure and efficient smart contract, and creating a robust staking system for token holder

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The DeFi platform, post the inclusion of Cyber Bee's developments, saw a surge in user engagement. The utility token issuance got quite a demand after IDO, with about 60% of tokens staked in the smart contract, demonstrating the success and acceptance of the staking system. We also saw an increase in the average daily volume by 35%, signalling contracts gas efficiency and trust in the platform's smart contract system.

Although the project was a success overall, there were initial stages where more frequent communication about development progress could have enhanced the collaborative experience. However, this did not impact the successful outcome of the project.

Cyber Bee was tasked with developing a secure and efficient payment gateway within this FinTech project (backend in full including deployment, frontend in part of blockchain integration). Additionally, they consulted on optimizing the overall IT architecture for scalability and security. 

Key deliverables included the payment gateway backend with external API integrations, part of the UI with web3 integration, architecture optimization report and proposals with implementation guidance, as well as automated deployment of the gateway to Amazon instances.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The payment gateway developed was integrated successfully, handling an average of 3,000 transactions daily with about 99.8% success rate. The IT architecture improvements led to an average 20% increase in system performance (RPS) and about 15% in cost savings. Enhanced security could not be measured.

Cyber Bee's project management was quite systematic. They adhered to timelines and were proactive in communications. They were also receptive to feedback and made adjustments as needed. We had to slightly increase the final bill because of changes to the specifications made upon the client's request during the project development.

The most important for us was Cyber Bee’s commitment to understanding the project’s specific needs and their adept problem-solving capabilities. They demonstrated thorough expertise in both software development and IT architecture.

In general, we were content with the services provided. There were minor issues during the QA testing and strict specification match. Also, I think that the inclusion of more real-time collaboration tools could have further streamlined the communication process.
