Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the former owner of Tromigou, a manufacturing company. We design and produce eco-friendly wooden tourist souvenirs and creative company merchandise, focusing on sustainability and inspiring products. We’re a woman-founded brand based in Europe and driven by a team of travel enthusiasts.

We needed help with our brand, logo, style, and visual identity structure.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Cutline Agency provided us with branding guidelines and a brand book. They also helped us with our brand strategy, including a strategy session, brand positioning, retail recommendations, key messages, and social media and packaging recommendations. In addition, they created logos, patterns, colors, fonts, a visual system, packaging designs, business cards, stands, and materials for conferences and fairs.

We found them through an online search. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, a great culture fit, and aligned company values. In addition, they had a design school, so they were true experts in branding.

We worked together from January–August 2023.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thanks to Cutline Agency’s work, we started to look cool, more professional, and more expensive in the market. We also became more recognizable to our clients, who showed more trust and loyalty. In addition, we became more common and unique in our values, look, and communication. We also became more trustworthy for our B2B clients and foreign countries on global fairs and conferences.Overall, we improved our brand awareness, and we got 30 new B2B clients. Our awareness increased five times.

How did Cutline Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

Cutline Agency’s project management was nice. Their communication was very friendly, and they were involved in the project. They were oriented toward a nice and quality result and delivered on time. We communicated in person.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Cutline Agency’s friendliness and involvement in our project were impressive. The nice result that we adored and that all our clients liked was also impressive. It was very cute.
