CubeGraph is a Gurgaon-based technology company building the systems businesses sell through and operate on: Shopify storefronts, B2B catalogue sites, custom web applications, ERP and SAP integrations.

We work with Indian D2C and retail brands. Fronk Royale's Shopify storefront carries fourteen collections, and their own team runs seasonal campaigns and banner changes without a developer. For Ecohub Bags we argued against a storefront platform entirely, because their business had no checkout — that decision cost us the larger build.

We also run our own product. Retail Commerce OS is a commerce operating system for Indian retail and D2C brands, live in production and maintained by this team. It means our views on integration failure handling, data migration and long-term maintenance cost come from systems we operate, not slideware.

How we work: a written scope and itemised estimate before anything starts. Fixed price when requirements are settled, time and materials when they aren't. The senior people you meet on the first call are the people who build it — no handoff between a pitch team and a delivery team. Everything is built in your accounts and repositories, so you own the code, the cloud and the domains from day one.

Where we're the wrong choice: we don't guarantee search rankings, we don't buy links, and when a template beats a custom build we'll tell you. That has cost us work before.
