Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

It is the development of a complete application, used by the PVL to record their sales in each of the stores they visit. We just went into production 1 week ago with some branches, we hope to go out with more branches little by little as we see the stability of the system. This project still has a lot of development left for 2024, it will cover many departments within the company.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had an unstable application and the decision was made to start developing the application completely, we went from not having a reliable application to having a stable, easy-to-use and very manageable application in just 3 months. Every week we have meetings with the team to review the progress of the week and review where we can improve and future developments. We are very confident that this project is on the right track and will be another success for the company.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Development requests are delivered every week and a personal meeting is held with the director of the company to show us the progress in the project. All requests that have been requested have been delivered in a timely manner.They have responded to support immediately since we are already in the production stage.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The experience they have and the confidence they express at the time of the first approach, they have a very solid work team and the assigned tasks are very well divided and they have a very good time management system. The director also showed us in the first meeting some of the projects on which they have previously worked and we appreciate the experience they have and also showed us the clients they have worked on and they really are large and complex companies.
