Please describe your company and your position there.

I own a boutique media relations firm that helps thought leaders across the country spread their message through high profile, national media interviews.

We are really good publicists but know very little about running or growing a business.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

Alex and his team are amazing!! They know so much and even though it's second nature to them, they break it all down into comprehensible nuggets that we can understand.

I literally could not run my business without CSR. They have done everything from setting up our pipeline to finding and vetting staff and other resources, they manage our budget, they literally do it all. If a need comes up, they will find a way to get it done!

We work with Alex, the owner; his wife/partner Maria; Catherine who is our marketing guru; Sofi our social media guru; Jacob the genius business analyst; and many more over the years.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

My business has tripled in size since starting work with CSR!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Excellent! We communicate informally as needed and have regularly scheduled deep dive meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The fact they know business inside and out. It doesn't matter if it's a PR firm or a law firm or a doctor's office, the basic business principles are the same. They see around all the corners and find solutions to every problem, even those we didn't know we had.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They just need to never go away because I would be lost without them!!
