 Community Services.net Pty Ltd (CSnet) was founded in 2009 by Australian human services practitioners and software developers wanting to solve the problem of data collection to demonstrate the achievements of human services. We built CSnet - innovative web based software to support human services workers and organisations to collect data from ground up, streamline everyday workflow, and measure client and social outcomes. We are 100% Australian and we keep your client's personal information securely in Australia. Our customers are small, medium and large human services organisations who use CSnet in urban, regional, regional and remote locations.

CSnet has a multi-disciplinary team. The integration of human services sector experience and technical skill sets is fundamental to service quality. CSnet recently won a grant from AusIndustry under the Entrepreneurs Program - recognition of the innovative new features of CSnet as a fully mobile system, configurable for any program, any client outcome framework, and supporting social impact measurement and collective impact projects. CSnet is used in any location by simply connecting to the internet. Our experienced support desk practitioners ensure that human services workers can access a broad range of support and training services by email, phone, web connections and face to face.
