I’m an executive at Lakshmi Industries, a manufacturing company. We’re a well-established organization incorporated in 2004. We have 10 years of experience in industrial automation using Delta India Electronics products, online production, and power monitoring systems for weaving, spinning, and knitting.

What was the scope of their involvement?
We looked at many software companies, and Crystalpro showed us their product, which we liked. We wanted a customized CRM software to fit our business, and they did it. The major scope was that our leads needed to be distributed to our telecallers in a round-robin method. Apart from that, we also needed other pipelines like quotes, invoices, and workflows. They achieved that on time.They had their own product, and we did a lot of customization in lead capture and distribution. They also customized the quote and invoice modules to fit our style.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
It's a success because we were looking for this kind of system for a long time. Earlier, only 2–3 teammates were closing the leads. Now, it has increased to 7–9. Of course, our sales numbers have increased.

We had in-person meetings. They didn’t deliver on time; there were delays of 3–5 days.
