What was the scope of their involvement?

Crystal Marketing is helping me with PPC advertising. They handle everything in terms of ad creation. I give them the information, and they put something together, send me the content for approval, and make any changes I request.

They’ve helped me a bit with the content on my website, but it’s mostly advertising work for Google and Facebook.

What is the team composition?

I’ve been working with a single person, but I’m sure there are people working behind the scenes.

I did a Google search, got their details, had a chat, and went from there.

How much have you invested with them?

I’m spending around $2,000 per month.

What is the status of this engagement?

I started working with Crystal around May 2014, and the work is ongoing.

I was looking to gain more leads for our clients through Google Ads and social media.

They started by setting up all my campaigns on Google Ads and social media, making sure I routinely locate my target market. They also took the responsibility of reporting to showcase their results to my company.

I worked with 2–3 people, including the owner.

I started searching around online for the best companies in the market, and they were very honest about their processes. It was clear that their work was much more in line with Google best practices. They were clear and professional.

My clients and I spend roughly $30,000–$40,000 each month. This includes ad spend, however.

We’ve been working with them since late 2016.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’re a results-oriented company, which we really strive for as a business as well. This relationship strengthens our engagements with clients as well. They’re enthusiastic about sticking around longer because we have a good marketing team behind us. They deliver an impressive ROI through sales and visibility.

How did Crystal Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

We have a very consistent process for each of our clients’ advertising work. Once we send them keywords, we have Zoom meetings that help us target a certain demographic. From there, we use phone calls to keep track of their process. They do an excellent job reporting on clicks, impressions, and spend. It’s always very clearly defined. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their honesty and integrity in their delivery of results are most impressive. There’s no doubt that they’re doing to proper work. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can’t think of anything. I enjoy working with them.

They’re very honest about whether you’re able to handle your job or not. Any company that wants clear answers and results are a good match for this business.
