We were looking to have our website redesigned and increase our online presence via email and social media marketing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We terminated Crystal Clear Digital Marketing’s contract because they delivered substandard design and marketing results, which didn’t meet the number of leads and site traffic we needed.

How did Crystal Clear Digital Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated via email and conference calls. We were disappointed with their team’s communication methods — we relayed any concerns and issues we encountered, and they didn’t do anything to address those. Overall, we felt that their team failed to consider our needs throughout the engagement.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I couldn’t point out anything positive — Crystal Clear Digital Marketing’s team was dismissive of our concerns.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They should focus on utilizing a customer-oriented approach and refrain from assuming that they’ve figured out our needs without consulting us.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I wouldn’t recommend their team to anyone.
