Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a Manager of the Customer Service Team and a commercial proxy. I supervise the administrative division of the company. I prepare a draft budget. I am responsible for supervising the implementation of the budget and deviations from the accepted goals.

For what projects/services did your company hire Crowe Poland, and what were your goals?

We hired Crowe because we needed a company that would comprehensively deal with the company's accounting and at the same time would provide tax advice at the highest level. The international experience was of great importance to us

Deciding factors: availability, response time, language skills, ability to navigate the world of international law, price of services provided, pro-consumer attitude

Describe the engagement and overall scope of work in detail, including the stages of the partnership and any software or documents used.

Initially, Crowe was in charge of domestic accounting. Along with the development of our company, we also entrusted them with the handling of accounting relations with the foreign parent company.

With time, Crowe started to perform tasks and obligations also resulting from the provisions of commercial companies. Changes in the scope of entrusted duties are documented on the basis of an agreement in annexes to the main contract

We make payments on the basis of the provisions contained in the contract. Due to long, great cooperation, we are always able to negotiate a mutually satisfactory rate for new services

How many resources from the Crowe Poland team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We mainly work with 3-5 Crowe employees from Accountants thru Independent Accountants to Top management.

Working with Crowe is characterized by understanding and openness. They present the needs arising from the provisions of the tax law in an accessible way. What is important for us, the availability of Crowe employees is at a high level, both by phone, e-mail and, if necessary, also in person

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Despite the fact that we have purely professional ties, when we contact Crowe employees, we can have full confidence in their competences and knowledge. It's important that they are always eager to do extra steps. We also pleased that they remember about us during Xmas holidays in the form of a small gift - it is very nice

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We put great emphasis on understanding what surrounds us. The Crowe company, through continuous improvement, can present everything in an understandable way. Let them keep doing good job on this field and don't stop.
