Croncore designed and implemented an AI-native ERP solution that replaced three disconnected legacy systems with a unified backend infrastructure. Their work included custom software development, AI consulting, ERP consulting, and system integration support. The team developed custom data pipelines, integrated machine learning models for enrollment forecasting, and migrated more than 80,000 historical student records without disrupting daily operations. They also optimized billing workflows, centralized instructor scheduling, and improved overall operational visibility through a unified administrative dashboard. In addition, Croncore provided onboarding and training support for our internal administrative team to ensure a smooth transition to the new system after deployment.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Following implementation, we reduced manual data entry by approximately 85% and decreased billing reconciliation time from roughly 12 hours per week to under 90 minutes. The enrollment forecasting models also improved prediction accuracy to approximately 94%, which helped improve planning and resource allocation across our organization. The migration process was completed successfully without major disruptions, and the unified system significantly improved operational efficiency across departments.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Croncore could have done differently?

Overall, the collaboration was very positive. Earlier involvement of our QA team during sprint planning could have shortened portions of the user acceptance testing process, but the overall execution, communication, and delivery quality were excellent throughout the engagement.
