I'm Salesforce Project Manager and i work for a Bonfiglioli Riduttori SPA, multinational company based in Italy with 23 branches all over the world.

We used the CRM Jetty portal for give to our customers the possibility to have a smart portal for manage the service issues (claim) and for have a one point connection with our Bonfiglioli After Sales department

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I select this vendor when i find it in Salesforce app exchange and we decide to proceed with CRM Jetty for the support from consultant and for the design and easy interface of the portal

The portal is a web portal based on Wordpress with the connection with our Salesforce environment using the CRM Jetty plugin

We were in 3 core team with one PM and 2 developer

We have 700 active users worlwide level with a good feedback from the customers

Using a waterfall style with a PM and developers We are using emails and meeting for the communication and for the timelines we using Clarizen tool

They are flexible and can work in stressful conditions.

Our Company did hire CRMJetty for developing our loan management system connected with Salesforce.

We searched online for IT Companys with knowledge in both Salesforce and custom system development. We ended up choosing CRMJetty.

CRMJetty was with us in every step of the development of the system. From the first planning to the last phase.

I will be honest and say that I do not know how many people worked on our project, but every time we had video meetings, there were at least 5 people in the conversation. Everything from Salesforce experts to server developers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I had a vision to create a system together with CRMJetty that would revolutionize the pawnshop industry in Sweden. This system has really helped us do that!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

With the help of this system, we reduce working hours by 80%

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

CRMJetty is friendly and professional. Most surprising, however, must be their commitment and fast response times. Whatever I needed help with or asked about, they have ALWAYS answered within 24 hours. Mostly already within a few minutes.

I love working with people who have the same mindset as myself and that's really all the staff at CRMJetty.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

To be honest no.
