For what projects/services did your company hire CrewNew.com?

We needed a white label team messaging software that could be used for us and our customers.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to have our own Slack that would have a lower running costs than the Slack itself is. We could develop that on our own but it would just cost us too much to develop a team messaging system that would have all the functionalities we needed.

As we have had more than a decade a co-operation with CrewNew core team (even before they started CrewNew) and we knew they have most of the software components ready coded we surely didn't hesitate to use their services.

CrewNew delivered lightning fast Slack-like team messaging that works on all major operating systems: Android, iOS, Windows, Linux and OSx. It is scalable and white label so we can use it our own and re-sell to our customers. It had to integrate with all our existing apps and also with multiple external apps. All our communication is now in one place and well organised.

We're saving every month huge amount of money by not using Slack.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

CrewNew team is always using the best project management apps & tools. Management goes smoothly as there's always a project manager keeping eye on all projects.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

If you'd ask what was what impressed me the most then I'd say the speed and the project management were most impressive.

We continue doing constant improvements in our partnership...
