I am the ceo of a printing company trying to succed in EU market.

For what projects/services did your company hire creativio, and what were your goals?

We hired Creativio to create a user-experience design and user-interface design for PIXSA mobile application - printing mobile app. Furthermore, they developed native mobile apps for iOS and Android. The project goal was to create an exceptional mobile experience for ordering prints online.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched among different offers and in the end years of experiences and a lot of good references played a decisive role for us. We were impressed by their previous work. After the initial interview we saw that Creativio matched perfectly to our needs.

Project steps included; market research, workshop, UX design, UI design, mobile app development and quality assurance. Mobile apps are developed in native mobile languages. Key deliverables were: UX interactive prototype, UI interactive prototype, iOS and Android test app and productions apps.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There was a team of UX/UI designers, 4 developers, Scrum Master and QA person. We really enjoyed working with them. They had excellent communication and overall design and technical skills. The team was able to find quick, innovative solutions for the challenge we had with our mobile app.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Mobile apps were used by thousands of people so far and they were greatly accepted within existing and new customers. We gained a lot of sales with the solution.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The whole process was very structured and clear. Their response time was amazing, and they delivered the project within the timeline. They use an agile project management approach. We mostly communicated through email, slack and meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team completely understood our challenge and goals and came up with great UX/UI designs. They delivered flawless apps that were converting sales above our expectations. Their skills are an essential factor for any successful application. They were very flexible, delivered what was in agreement, and more.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We did not notice any particular needs for improvement. Overall we were very satisfied, and we are continuing our cooperation.
