The entire process was effortless and tailored to my needs and concerns from the beginning. The CQM team did a superb job of identifying all my unfulfilled business needs and quickly implementing solutions. The client communication was top notch and all of my questions were answered in a timely fashion. The overall project was completed before the expected deadline with a better than expected outcome.
