What challenge were you trying to address with Creative Orion?

We were looking for a balanced branding content that presented our ideas and motives to customers in an impressive and simplified version. We didn’t want to overwhelm our customers with content.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Creative Orion designed our logo, banners, and pamphlets. They also created branding content for our website and other papers. All of these deliverables were digital.

We didn’t know how many teammates from Creative Orion were assigned to our project.

We found them through an online search. We chose them because they had high ratings, were close to our geographic location, and their pricing fit our budget.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them from January–July 2026.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After updating our branding content, we saw a 40%–45% increase in user clicks and in-person visits. We were also able to convert more than 50% of those user clicks into customers.

How did Creative Orion perform from a project management standpoint?

Creative Orion took care of the project in a very manageable way. They first listened to our requirements and mindset, then analyzed them and came up with a plan, deadline, and deliverables. We communicated through in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Creative Orion listened to our goals and motives very well. They had a good research and analysis team that came back with really impressive ideas, plans, and execution steps.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There was nothing they could have done better. They were already doing so well.

We searched for online web developers and web designing agencies and we have set some criteria to short list the best out of them and creative orion passes all the test and proven the best choice amongst all.

We initiated with a meeting first and then the team helped me in understanding the technology stack and the things which we can achieve with every tech stack and the complexity of each tech stack. They helped me choose the best technology stack for my project, which enabled us to achieve our goals.

A project manager was our main point of contact, And a team 3-4 developers were leading our project. Along with a Senior developer.

We saw a quick growth in our business with the help of our Content rich and impressive design along with the proper post delivery support by the team.

Communication & Design Sense !

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not as such. I'm not sure it's our fault or theirs, but website hosting was not good.
