We hired them for several initiatives:

1. Create and manage website(s)
2. Manage multiple add-ons to our website
3. Manage marketing (google, facebook, instagram, tiktok)
4. Ongoing maintenance of all the above

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We performed extensive research on what we needed to do in order to launch a successful website. We then interviewed multiple companies to see who can do the best work for the best price.

Market research on competitors to include website design, sales approach, SEO assistance, email campaign, video.graphic design and much more.

We had Adnan manage the project from his company.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Yes, after several months we were satisfied with the outcome of the project. We are currently in maintenance mode. Overall, we took an idea into a successful small company with the help of Creative Intelligent.

We had open communication throughout the project with a lot of back and forth communication. All was delivered in a timely mananger. We used common tools such as facebook messenger, email and a video conference.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am impressed with the company's experience in this space. Its obvious to me that they have launched successful ecommerce platforms in the past. We had 0 experience and are happy Creative Intelligent helped us launch our platform.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There is no perfect company out there. I would say staying on top of the latest companies that effect ecommerce websites would be an added benefit. There are many companies that support ecommerce websites and knowing what is the best, and their differences, would be critical to us so that we can make the right decisions on what tools we should use on our website.

I hired creative intelligent for a custom retail website building on Shopify and wanted my website to look a certain way and needs were met.

I selected him based on reviews from other clients who he helped at Upwork

It all started by creating a logo for my brand to aging inventories and editing photos for each products to add into the website.

Two and they were graphic designer and a website builder

After the completion of the website building. We launched it online and many people visited the website. However creative intelligent continues to maintain the website features even after launching

It was a weekly based meeting with the designer over the phone to discuss project details and check his progress.

They were fast to deliver a lot of changes that were needed for the website.

Yes communications could have been better.
