Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a CEO of Real Gate Associates. We are real estate investment and advertising consultants based in Lahore, Pakistan. Providing Investment, and construction services in Partnership with Bahria Town and Gharana.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Creative Engine?

We were looking for brand advertising package for our partnered real estate project BRR, Lahore for which we contacted creative engine. Initial scope of the project is to make tv commercial of our society which afterwards expanded towards Real Gate where they design posters and ads for us.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We reached out to almost 15 advertising agencies to pitch us their idea for tv commercial and how they can complete the project. We shortlisted 2 companies firebolt and creative engine.

What we like about creative engine is that they are passionate and want to bring value by providing us best pricing and features like drone shots and interior shots. firebolt on the other hand is well established advertising agency and their charges are bit high and there communication style is too formal to handle which are causing delays other than that they are the best candidate but somehow we go with creative engine.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

As most of the things are already settle during the pitch sessions. We went straight to director's treatment where they make final edits to the storyboard and showed us a demo video.

Afterwards we shot the whole commercial in 3 days and they provide us the final video for broadcasting in 4-5 days. that was our initial understanding but we like their work hence, we continue with them to design advertising martials like flyers, posters, billboards.

What was the team composition?

I was directly connected with Usman who is the CEO of creative engine. I have met his team during pitch sessions and shoots. As he himself is a Commercial Director and he lead our project from the start.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Well, I can say the outcome was amazing as we have sold all the pre-build and under construction homes within a month. of course there designs and commercials make a huge impact but somehow we also have to spend much more on media buying.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow is as smooth as it could be I am in contact with Usman via WhatsApp whenever I need his assistance he is just a message away.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive thing about them is that it feels like they are passionate about the project just like we do. They guide us about the video and design process and they are very open and transparent.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

I think they are doing great but I think they need extra cameras to save the switching time by the way which is not a big deal.

SOP of the project is to create animation of our product, that explains its internal processing and the output it delivers. As our product is a quite large size product and general videography was no that effective which we have previously done.

Core Objectives:

1. Showcase How machine works
2. Show the raw electric motors put into the machine for recycling
3. show refined products of copper aluminium and iron

• The animation itself was a high quality video
• the showcase of machines internal working helped our clients understand its working with eco friendly efficiency
• It has boost our sales and helped us geting certifications

They were flexible and delivered the project on time. We have faced no problem with fixing any of the elements as they have unlimited revision policy
