We needed someone to recruit blockchain officers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They take care of everything on the HR end. Initially, we had a few initial calls about the project description, our business, and our open positions. After running a few setup calls with their recruitment staff, they’ve been sending us candidates to review and interview if we find a good fit. 

What is the team composition? 

We work with Greg (Senior Business Development Manager, Creative Cooperative) and Pavel (Co-Founder, Creative Cooperative).

How did you come to work with Creative Cooperative?

We originally communicated with a few companies. Creative Cooperative sent their proposition much faster than others and really tried to find a solution. We chose them because of the efficiency and quality we saw early on.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2018, and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They recruited two senior blockchain officers and one mid-level blockchain engineer. Within a few months, they brought in a QA professional and dev ops.

They’re pretty straightforward and clean. When communicating, we mostly use regular mail and chat or communication.
