What challenge were you trying to address with Clutch Creative Company?

We needed help with our website. We wanted to find someone that could build a good-looking website with a solid brand and a strong SEO.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Clutch Creative Company has built our website from scratch. We wanted to be able to manage it afterward, so we’ve made it on a WordPress platform. They currently help us with hosting and maintenance. Also, they help put with SEO. 

What is the team composition?

We work with 4–5 people, including senior managers, developers, and designers.

How did you come to work with Clutch Creative Company?

They were referred, but we did an exhaustive search. We looked at their work; they did a website for Ben & Jerry’s. We figured that if Ben & Jerry’s could trust them, we could too.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent a little north of $20,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in May 2020. We’ve worked with them on various components over the past two years, tweaking and getting the site to where we want it.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It’s been night and day for us. Before, we got 1–2 inquiries in a month. Now, we get about 4–5 per week. The site works across all the platforms and devices it should. It’s informational for people but also great from an SEO standpoint, specifically on the Google ranking. Also, people didn’t use to comment on our website, but we’ve gotten really positive feedback since we started working with Clutch Creative Company. We’re very happy with it.

How did Clutch Creative Company perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is perfect; we have zero complaints. Everything has been delivered within the timeline. If anything goes over, it’s mainly because we want to throw something else in the pot.

We communicate through phone calls, video conferences, emails, and regular correspondence.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’ve done an excellent job taking what we wanted and making it into a website. They’ve been the right company for us — the team makes us look sharp from a design standpoint.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Honestly, I don’t have anything. When it’s time to do a new website, we’ll just call them again.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

With any creative vendor, you only get out of them what you give in and bring to the table. If you don’t communicate or share your thoughts, they won’t be able to read your mind.
