They designed the entire website in advance using Figma, providing us with several options for layouts and colorway. We chose our preferred design and worked with them to customize it before pushing the website to development, where their team custom built the site using the Elementor theme on Wordpress. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We needed to update the design of our website for SEO purposes and to help launch some new offerings that were nearly ready to begin being sold on the website. We measured the outcome of the project in terms of: did we get a website design that was high quality and made the brand look professional, was it built reliably, and is the website easy to use and update. All of which were accomplished.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Yes they delivered the project on time within the timeframe that was estimated. There were a few delays caused by me and my own slower response times but we finished the job in great time. The owner was very responsive and addressed all our adjustments and questions every time we had any.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The quality of the design was very good. We wanted something that made our site look very legitimate and we are very happy with the outcome. They designed some icons and other elements that developers usually do not do that added to the branding of it nicely. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Creative Cart Solutions could have done differently?

There were a few adjustments to the functionality of the code that we worked with their team to improve our SEO, but overall the outcome was awesome. Our in house SEO experts collaborated with their developers to find creative ways to accomplish what they wanted for the design, and what we wanted for the SEO (which is managed by ourselves.
