Hi, my name is Ihor Halushchak, I’m the owner and CEO of HAIG Team. We’re a marketing agency with a team of more than ten people, and we focus on performance advertising for eCommerce brands, service businesses, and B2B companies.

We partnered with Create Agency nearly five months ago because we needed a fresh new landing page that would support our transition to a new brand identity, help us scale our sales, and set us apart from competitors.

What impressed us most was their responsibility and professionalism. They were highly responsive throughout our partnership. Every step was well-managed and intentional. Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

During our partnership, we developed a completely new UI/UX for the website, along with all backend functionality and integrations, including CRM, Binotel, and analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. As a result, we built a new website in two languages. The team matched the UI design to our brand perfectly and helped us stand out in a very competitive market. The website is fully optimized for desktop, mobile, and multiple browsers. They also set up detailed analytics reporting that helped us better understand both our advertising and website performance. We took the website from zero to launch in just about a month and a half and officially went live in July 2025. You can find it at haigteam.com.

After launching, we received over 80 collaboration requests between July and November 2025. Our website-to-form-submission conversion rate is currently around 4.5%, which is a great result for us. Our partnership with Create Agency has also helped strengthen trust and loyalty among our prospective customers.

Overall, we’re extremely happy with the work we’ve done and continue to do with Create Agency. They have been an incredible partner. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. We continue working with them today, and we look forward to a long-term partnership with Create Agency.

Create Agency Inc. installed the payment system with Stripe and the calendar with Acuity software. They also provided basic SEO and embedded important forms. Their work was limited to technical setup and integrations, with some design work.

Artem was very easy to work with, accommodating, and punctual. We primarily communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and a messaging app.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were always offering help. I really liked their 'how to manage the site' Loom video. We are very pleased with the final site.
