BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I provide career design and strategic advisory services to the legal profession. I am the CEO and Principal Coach.

For what projects/services did your company hire Creamy Animation?

I celebrated 10 years of business last year and had developed an artist statement that reflected the evolution of my services. I wanted that statement to be converted into a video for my website.

What were your goals for this project?

I now have a whiteboard video on my homepage and couldn't be happier with the result!

How did you select Creamy Animation?

I researched different companies and interviewed them. Creamy Animation was responsive and willing to modify their services according to my unique circumstances (i.e. I had already developed the script).

Creamy Animation involved me at every step and took into account my ideas and feedback.

Larry was responsive and even called me when things were easier to explain by telephone.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I've gotten lots of positive feedback about the video.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was highly effective to be able to work one-on-one with Larry.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

That they are Canadian and talented. Also, the business is Black-owned.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The only thing I could think of was that I was told at the outset that my script would need work, but in the end, very few changes were made by the writing staff.

it was very effective process we were all involve in all steps and updating the workflow by using Basecamp app.
