What specific goals or objectives did you hire CRAZY NEON® to accomplish?

We hired CRAZY NEON® to create a custom neon sign logo for our office that matched our brand style and served as a standout visual element in the workspace.

What was the scope of their involvement?

CRAZY NEON® handled the entire process from start to finish. We used their online tool to create the design by selecting the text, font, colors, and size. They then provided a mock-up of the custom logo for preview, after which we reviewed and confirmed the order. The final neon sign was produced and shipped. CRAZY NEON®’s work ended with delivery; they provided a detailed video and instructions showing how to easily hang the neon sign on the wall.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The measurable outcomes included the excellent quality of the neon sign, vibrant and accurate colors, and overall durability, which are key factors for a successful LED neon sign. We received several compliments from visitors and colleagues on the neon sign, and it has become a visually striking focal point in our office, enhancing brand visibility and creating a more engaging workspace. We didn’t formally track changes in customer engagement or business inquiries, but the neon sign has drawn noticeable attention from visitors and has been frequently mentioned and photographed on social media.

CRAZY NEON®’s project management was straightforward and efficient. They provided clear instructions, shared the mock-up for review promptly, and delivered the final neon sign within the expected timeframe. We primarily communicated via email and messaging apps.

What we found most impressive about working with CRAZY NEON® was how easy and intuitive their design process was, along with the high-quality, vibrant neon sign that matched our vision perfectly. The design process was easy and intuitive, the mockup preview was helpful, and the final neon sign exceeded expectations with vibrant colors and high-quality craftsmanship.
