I was the owner of a commercial industrial construction company, which I sold 4–5 years ago.

What challenge were you trying to address with Craters & Freighters?

I needed a set of handrails shipped from Canada to the US.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I hired Craters & Freighters to ship a set of handrails from Ontario, Canada to Pogue Creek Canyon in the US. We were planning on picking the handrails up ourselves, but because of the pandemic, we were unable to cross the border. Craters & Freighters arranged for a truck to pick up the handrails and worked with me to get them across the border. They handled all of the paperwork and helped me throughout the entire shipment process.

I’d known Russ (Owner) for some time, so I knew what their business model was and what they did. I reached out to them to help me with this project.
