Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm CEO, and deeply involved in product development, and security details. Signisu SA provides solutions for a different type of electronic signatures, advanced, qualified and seals including onboarding processes in real-time KYC processes.

For what projects/services did your company hire Craftspire, and what were your goals?

Product Signius - develop and maintain solution platform including managing local deployments for several On-premise deployments for our customers.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected Craftspire through a referral from a trusted business partner. Our decision to work with them was based on several factors. Firstly, we were impressed by their expertise in agile project management, as well as their proficiency in Kotlin and Angular technologies. Secondly, their past experience in developing complex software assured us of their capabilities in handling our project.

Lastly, their flexible and agile project management approach also played a significant role in our decision to select them as our vendor.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The scope of work involved taking over a POC prepared by a different software house and developing a Kotlin and Angular-based e-signature software. The project utilized regular business workshops to determine new features and priorities, followed by 2-week sprints to deliver the solution incrementally.

The team always focused on delivering the key deliverables as soon as possible after defining each set of requirements, and after each sprint, a batch of updates to the functionality was delivered.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Craftspire's team consisted of two people - Agnieszka as the head of product, and Mateusz as the technical leader and architect. They were both highly engaged in the project and worked closely with our team to ensure its success.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Craftspire was responsible for leading development of e-signature and document flow management software, that constantly met our business needs and provided a high level of satisfaction to our clients. We received positive feedback about the quality and functionality of the solution, and we constantly see an increase in the adoption rate of the software by our users.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Craftspire used an agile project management style, with regular review meetings after each two-week sprint. The team used communication tools such as jira, email, and video conferencing to keep us updated on the project progress and discuss any issues or changes in the requirements. The timelines were met according to the project plan, and any delays or changes were communicated in a timely manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Craftspire impressed me with their exceptional professionalism, expertise, and dedication to the project. Their ability to rapidly adjust to our evolving requirements and resolve any challenges that emerged during the project was noteworthy. Additionally, they exhibited exceptional team-building skills, enabling them to collaborate and empower our IT team to take over solution development and introduce SDLC.
Their transparent communication and frequent updates kept us informed and allowed us to make decisions based on the project's progress. Overall, I was highly impressed by their performance and commitment to delivering quality solutions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Overall, I am satisfied with the project outcomes and the way Craftspire managed the project. However, there were a few minor areas for improvement, such as providing more detailed documentation and training materials for the software.
