The project was a full website design and development build-out using Webflow, with a strong focus on aligning the site structure, messaging, and overall presentation with how our company actually operates.
The scope included defining the site architecture (Home, Capabilities, How AIS Works, About, and Contact), developing a consistent layout and navigation flow, and refining the content structure to reflect a mechanical integrity–led approach rather than a traditional service-based model.
Key deliverables included a fully responsive website, clean and consistent UI/UX across all pages, properly functioning navigation and interactive elements, and a working contact form with complete data capture. Additional effort was focused on ensuring consistency in terminology, formatting (including technical references such as API standards), and overall user experience.
The final result was a production-ready website that is technically sound, visually consistent, and accurately represents our standards and positioning as a mechanical integrity firm.

The project resulted in a fully functional, production-ready website that accurately reflects our company’s structure, standards, and positioning.
All planned pages were completed and aligned with their intended purpose, including a clear user flow from introduction to capabilities, process, and contact. The site is fully responsive across desktop and mobile, with consistent layout, interaction behavior, and navigation throughout.
A key outcome was the successful implementation of a working contact form with complete and reliable data capture, allowing us to begin receiving and managing inbound inquiries immediately upon launch.
From a business standpoint, the site now serves as a clear external representation of our mechanical integrity–led approach, supporting credibility with operators and positioning us appropriately in the market. It also provides a solid foundation for SEO and future marketing efforts.

Project management was structured and responsive throughout the engagement. Deliverables were completed on time, and the project stayed on track even through multiple detailed review cycles and refinements.
Communication was clear and consistent, with Ross responding promptly to feedback and making adjustments as needed. He was receptive to direction and able to implement changes efficiently while maintaining overall consistency across the site.
The workflow allowed for steady progress, and any issues or revisions were addressed without delay. Overall, the process was collaborative, well-coordinated, and aligned with our expectations from start to finish.

What stood out most was Ross’s ability to take a very specific and structured vision and execute it cleanly without losing consistency. This was not a typical website project, as it required aligning the design and messaging with how our company actually operates in a technical and standards-driven environment.
He was able to take detailed feedback and apply it effectively across the entire site, maintaining a consistent layout, interaction behavior, and overall design system. That level of discipline and attention to detail is not always common and made a noticeable difference in the final product.
Additionally, his responsiveness and willingness to work through multiple refinement cycles without losing focus or quality made the collaboration very effective. The end result reflects a well-coordinated build that meets a high professional standard.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Craftixy LLC could have done differently?
There are no significant areas for improvement. The project required a number of detailed refinements, and Ross handled those adjustments well throughout the process. Communication was consistent, feedback was incorporated effectively, and the final delivery aligned with expectations.
If anything, the only challenges were related to the level of detail required in aligning the site to a very specific business model, but Ross remained responsive and adaptable throughout. Overall, the experience was positive and well-executed. Excellent work from Ross and Craftixy LLC. The project required a high level of detail and structure, and the final website reflects exactly the standard and positioning we were aiming for. Communication was strong, delivery was consistent, and the overall experience was very positive.
