• With the goal of creating a more responsive, modern, and user-friendly platform that better served our clients, we collaborated with Crafted Code to rebuild and develop our WordPress website. More post-launch training resources for our internal team would be our one improvement recommendation. Although they performed an excellent job onboarding us, it would have been beneficial to have had more tools available for us to make little content modifications on our own.
