What challenge were you trying to address with CR Express Inc?

We were looking to optimize our shipment operations while maximizing our budget since we operate in a niche market and ship high-value parts between China and Europe. Our team also thought of shifting to train transportation because of the delays we experienced via sea freight.

What was the scope of their involvement?

CR Express Inc worked with another supplier of ours in maintaining the structure of our train freight operations. Apart from handling our land shipment, they also managed our warehouse operations, which included packing and crating of our high-cost goods.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

CR Express Inc reduced our shipping costs by 20% and effectively delivered most of our transportation needs. While there were some delays because of unforeseen circumstances such as a military drill in China, they were transparent in communicating the status of our shipment

How did CR Express Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated via email and phone calls. We could always rely on CR Express Inc to respond to our calls and provide in-depth explanations to address our queries.

We were most impressed with the accessibility of CR Express Inc's services.
