I asked for a professional looking, top-notch website that would surpass the current internet presence among firms in my local area, something that would reflect the sophistication of our practice and our values.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I didn't have a tight timeline, so we were able to collaborate on the various pages as they were designed, and each time we completed a page, I was pleased, so I was kept in the loop and part of the whole process (which I wanted) from the start. They were super responsive and by the final product, I was delighted with the outcome. Couldn't be more pleased.

Delivered everything on time. Always communicated with me. I was a very picky client and they responded to all my needs professionally and attentively.

Coulee Creative was hired to make a special online shopping website for Huw Richards, a gardening expert with a popular YouTube channel. They had to make sure the website looked and felt like Huw’s YouTube channel, being warm, friendly, and easy for his fans to recognize. 

They built a custom website where people can easily browse and buy products, and it works well on computers, tablets, and phones. They also made sure the website would show up in search engine results, so more people could find it. After building the website, they helped Huw and his team learn how to manage it and continued to offer support after the website was launched.

The goal was to enable Huw Richards to monetize his audience and viewership.

Communication and expectations were clear. We met weekly via Zoom while maintained communication through email and collaborated through Google tools.

Their creativity and think-outside-the-box approach were refreshing. With the approach, they did a great job blending the large volume of content Huw creates with merchandising the catalog.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Coulee Creative could have done differently?

Maybe more of a direct line of communication. Email, at times, would get lost in the mix. But all-in-all, it did not cause any issues, as their follow up and follow through was great.
