Inetum is an Global IT Services Provider we are digital enablers and I'm Sales Account Manager.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Cosumus?

We have engaged Cosumus to deliver a design based on the Azure public cloud for one of our projects in Paris. The results were as expected, as we worked before with them on other projects.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Cosumus was selected on the basis of past experiences with them. We have been engaged in other projects where they have delivered the expected results.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The project approach was built on a cloud adoption framework. The Cosumus consultants engaged with the customers to determine the requirements and business objectives. After this step was completed, Cosumus engaged the customer with a cloud adoption framework where all of the aspects of the project were discussed. Here we are talking about business outcomes, budget, security risks, and improvements that are going to be seen after the digital migration. After the engagement with the customer, Cosumus created workshops where the design decisions were discussed. After the ok was given on the design decision deliverable, a high-level design was built.

2 Consultants and their positions was: 1 Principal Technical Architect 1 Project Manager

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The design document deliverable has been signed off by the project manager together with the application technical lead. This document it is implemented as we speak.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Cosumus consultants are an adopter of Agile methodology. Everything went as expected from time line perspective.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I did find very interesting their vision, capability to adapt, speed and knowledge. For me, it was a very good experience to work with them because they provided us with the necessary results that we wanted in a fast way.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No i don't see any areas. :)
