Thirty minutes, no deck. We map the real workflow, the real tools and where the time goes, then say honestly what it would take, whether we are the right fit or not. A working prototype comes before any commitment, and the first system is typically live within weeks, not quarters.

Wired into live data, not bolted on top

We build on the ERP, CRM and accounting stack a company already has and replace only what needs replacing. Agents read live data and act on it; every action is logged with who, what and when, every change versioned and reversible, so a wrong number is traced to its source instead of argued over.

We run on what we build

Our own operations run on the same agents, automations and software we deliver to clients. If a tool does not hold up under daily use here, it is not proposed. Delivery is led by the people who scoped the work, and they stand behind it in production, with the largest engagements now past two years.

Nothing outside your own accounts. Every system is built in your Supabase, Railway, Make or cloud account, with you as owner and us as collaborator. Code lives in a repository you control. If we part ways, you keep the working system, the code and the credentials; there is nothing to migrate off.

It hits one of our own agents first. Costanera runs on the same agents, automations and software we ship to clients, so most failures show up here before they show up with you. Beyond that: every action logged, every change versioned and reversible, and one named person who answers when it breaks.

Ask for the prototype. Before any commitment we build a working slice of the actual system, on your data, and you use it. A demo shows what software could do; a prototype shows whether we understood your operation. If it is not right, you have lost thirty minutes and a look at how we work.

Only where it earns its place. We run models from Anthropic and OpenAI, but most of the value in an operations system is plain software done well: clean data, reliable integrations, clear ownership. An agent goes in when it reads live data and acts on it, not to put a chatbot on a spreadsheet.

Yes, that is where we started. The first Costanera clients were businesses whose growth had outrun their spreadsheets and inboxes. We map the real workflow first, centralise the data, then automate, in that order, so the tools follow how the team already works rather than the other way round.
