Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The scope of this project was to design and develop a marketplace web application that allows users to swap furniture with other users, as well as buy and sell furniture directly through the platform. The application supports both local and cross-city transactions to enable a broader exchange network.

The project included the implementation of a Stripe-powered payment system which included an escrow solution to securely manage funds and ensure safe transactions between buyers and sellers.

Key deliverables included:

• Source code for the marketplace web application
• Deployment of the live website on AWS
• Technical documentation

Success was measured by the successful launch of a fully functional marketplace, stable system performance, positive user feedback, strong usability, and a flexible codebase that supports future feature expansion and growth.
