Coryat Advisory is a private advisory practice for founders, entrepreneurs, and leaders facing important business and leadership decisions.

Founded by Brian Coryat, founder and former CEO of ValueClick, the practice draws on more than 30 years of real-world experience building, funding, scaling, investing in, and advising companies. Brian founded multiple businesses, took ValueClick public on NASDAQ in 2000, served as a venture capitalist, personally invested in more than 50 startups, reviewed thousands of pitch decks, heard more than 100 live pitches, and mentored dozens of entrepreneurs.

Coryat Advisory works one-on-one with founders and leaders on the moments that matter most: fundraising and investor strategy, business growth, leadership challenges, founder and partner dynamics, strategic decisions, acquisitions and exits, and navigating what comes next after a major transition.

This isn't traditional consulting or coaching. There are no long-term contracts, predetermined programs, or hidden agendas. Sometimes one important conversation is enough. Other situations benefit from a short series of conversations.
