Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We required consultaion from industry experts on the expansion of our network across north america (mid west) region to be specific, and gain valuable market research from industry leading experts which helps us on the development of our internal systems and application development.

One of the main milestone was to achieve atleast 100 surveys to begin with and further shortlist for second round in depth consultation. 

The second set milestone was set to achieve 35 calls in a short span of 12 days.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We achieved the gain of industry specific expert knowledge that was essential to our systems development, which essentially gave us a 35% more efficent booking and management system.

They were very punctual from the initiation of the project to the very last deliverable. Admirable experience working with all the senior and associating staff at the company.

The attention to detail on the actual goal set was achieved due to the rigorous nature of their managing the project milestones. And understanding our needs to allign with the overall goal and not just the milestone we wanted to achieve.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Cortexia could have done differently?

I beleive they have a great resource of knowledge across industries that can be shared with clients through developing a online accessible system, which would be extremely valuable.
